 Supervise a team of bookkeepers, accountants, and other administrative workers in all financial tasks for a business with more than 3, 000 employees.
 Prepare a quarterly budget after consulting with upper management that addresses company objectives for profitability and waste reduction.
 Review the performance and status of each aspect of the company’s finances and take an action when necessary.
 Monitoring & controlling the activities of inbound, put away, storage, picking, sorting, packing, inventory control & outbound shipments.

 Daily review and circulate the open orders list.
 Daily make the stock report and as per that arrange the daily shipments.
 Direct contact with production team and get the information from them what they made yesterday and advise to the concern customers or sales people.
 Give the correct schedule to customer & sales people regarding the shipment readiness date & delivery date.
 Daily once goes through all the open pending orders and fix the correct RSD for day by day delivery.
 Forecast the item demands daily basis and give the plan to production people scheduling the production
 Once shipment loaded and left from factory made a proper follow-up with the driver until customer received the shipment.
 Attend all inquiries from customer side and sales side Forecasting the inventory
 Certain visit to factory loading yard to check the load ability for reduce the freight cost.
 Close Purchase orders after goods receipt and monitor the pending orders
 Maintain records related to clearance issues and the suggested remedial steps on clearance basis.
