Job Profile:
• Supervise the entire operations of the facility with an aim for high performance.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Check production output according to specifications, Submit reports on performance and progress
• Identify issues in eficiency and suggest improvements.
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards such as occupational health and safety and customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines.
• Provide direction and schedules to the manufacturing department.
• Prepare Production Orders, Transfer order, Inventory entry & all data entry works.
DESIGNATION : STORE KEEPER CUM LOGISTIC COORDINATOR LOCATION : DUBAI
Job Profile:
• Responsible for all on site aspects of logistic, supply chain, and customer delivery operations. In charge of making sure that each stage of the distribution process is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions with customers, suppliers, service providers.
• Entering Purchase & Sales orders and preparing invoices for deliveries as per site requirement.
• Maintaining General Ledger, Sales Registers, and Purchase Registers.
• Preparing the documents for factoring purposes, physical Management & Proper upkeep of stocks.
• Handling Transportation and deliveries.
• Ensure that the sales team have accurate information about product availability (Location/Branch wise). Responsible for Inventory Control and Stock taking for auditing purpose.
• Handling ends to end administration activities.
