CNC PROGRAMMER/SUPERVISOR (SHALL ENGINEERING FROM MAY-2011 TO TILL DATE)-
• Supervising and Directing the production of 3 CNC Lathe Machines and a VMC.
• The company is doing production jobs to the Tier-1 suppliers of HYUNDAI, FORD and Oil & Gas Valve Accessories for FLOWSERVE-valves and L&T. ACME thread SS Stem, Yoke Nut, Seat Ring, Gland bush, Tie-rod, Ball joints, Taper plug are the main components.
• Also Batch productions are doing for Wipro-infrastructure, Western Thompson, Gates unitta and, Lucas-TVS, JKM -DAIREM and FISHER valve through sub-contractors.
• Responsibilities includes full utilization of the Man & Machine power to achieve the daily production and scheduled monthly target with maximum work safety.
• Rectifying the tolerance problems and troubleshooting to run the machine full swing.
• Developed CNC programming, setting & machining the initial samples according to the supplier quality statics.
• Evaluation the machining reports such as cycle time, insert wear, and setup-timing to report the Shift Manager.
• Frequent follow-up the QA-QC logs to review and get the feedback about the production.
• Training, assigning and empower the machinists to meet high precision in the work.
