Adam AirBase Project- Package 1, 4, 5 & 9 :- Ministry Of Defense Adam Area Al Dakhiliya Region Oman.
Construction of 100 Bedded Hospital (Ministry of Roads & Building State Government PWD)
Key Result Areas:
Possess strong experience in construction & maintenance projects as a civil engineer.
Reviewing of tender documents to ensure all components of the tender vs drawings are included.
Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements & good construction
practice.
Making sure that any activity offered has an approved shop drawing, method statement (MS), quality control procedure
(QCP) & inspection & test plan (ITP)
Controlling activities of internal audits & document control by promoting high standards of control
Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements & only approved
material are used.
Frequently check formwork/steelworks & ensure quality, safety & constructability aspect is met.
Make sure that all materials used comply with the approved material approval request.
Closely monitor concrete pours & check continuously concrete materials delivered to site & ensure compliance with
QA/QC procedures including all concrete test are carried out as per contract requirement.
Advice planning engineer and construction manager of any slippage of progress.
Analyzed HSE Assurance data, tracked progress on implementation of sustainability, project objectives and key
performance indicators (KPIs) as required.
Coordinate & follow up with client/consultant, suppliers and authorities for liaison & approvals.
Visited site and analyzed accident or incident occurs during any type of operations
Capable of independently leading a project team towards the completion of all works.
Plan & assign work to team of qualified tradesmen’s & skilled workers & ensuring timely completion of quality work.
Proposing value added solutions & providing technical guidance, assisting & contribution to the team.
Conducting site inspections. Conditional assessment of assets, assess HSE & operational risk & reporting.
Outstanding communication skills both written & verbal.
