• Prepare and execute monthly and weekly production plans,
ensuring smooth coordination
with supply chain and QA/QC departments.
• Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot technical
issues in collaboration with the
maintenance team.
• Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMRs), deviation
reports, and change control
documentation.
• Participate in internal audits, validation processes, and
continuous improvement
initiatives.
• Supervise production officers and operators, ensuring
proper training and performance
monitoring.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and environmental compliance
within the production area.
• Responsible to carry out any other duties as and when
assigned by Head of the
department.
