I had Joined as an Electrical Engineer in System Operations (LDC) with the KE. During two good years with the KE & my job responsibilities so far has been the overall monitoring and supervision of grid/substation and maintenance..
• To keep circuits within rated capacity in order to avoid overloading.
• Load Forecasting and preparation of Load Management Programs.
• To restore system in minimum possible time after rectifying the fault in case of tripping through Manual/SCADA operations.
• Planning & Managing APM and Forced shutdowns of Transmission Lines, Generating Units, Auto and Power Transformers.
• Perform all 220 / 132 / 11 kV operations in Grid Station from HMI (RTU) System.
• Write and implement Step by Step switching orders for routing and emergency switching operations.
• Real Time System Operation of 11kV, 66kV, 132kV up to 220kV Transmission System Network.
• -Preparation of Tender specifications for 220kV, 132kV, 33kV Power cables & Cable Sizing calculations for 220kV, 132kV, 33kV and 6.6kV cables & Preparation of Cable scheduling for entire 6
• Worked on the automatic controlling of stepper motor. Description In this project the speed of stepper motor is controlled by using the microcontroller by giving electric pulses to the motor. In this project AT89C51 microcontroller is used for controlling of permanent magnet type stepper motor.
