Planning, managing and marketing of financial brokerage services.
Business enhancement through maximizing volume market share.
Developing marketing and resource mobilization strategies as a part of overall corporate strategy.
Supervise employees in maintaining high customer service standards.
Implement and impart training courses for new trainees and old recruits for enhancing their product and service knowledge.
Create and direct special events for increasing monthly sales successfully.
Develop marketing strategies to promote events.
Arrange seminars to introduce Investment opportunities to sophisticated investors in Pakistan.
Coordinate with logistics of in-house and out-of-house promotions.
Monitoring money market, trading recommendations and other investment activities.
Play key role in resolution of questionable trades.

As a BDE To introduce CMC Markets platform to different investors through tele marketing, door-to-door marketing, referral marketing, chain marketing and provide support services to them.
