We do all types of workshop technical services and repairs for European and Japanese Cars and Trucks. Inclusive of used Cars and Trucks Sales.
My duties: - To manage all departments successfully.
- Enhance follow up on workshop routines and as well for good working standards plus setting guidance to successful plans on daily workloads, ensure good teamwork and leadership for positive workshop productivity.
- Set plans for success in accomplishing for good handling of office work and organisation of staff.
- Implement assessments on current and future needs.
- Improve financial target resources, enhance problem solving for smooth operations.
- Understanding and negotiating successfully the needs for Customers, with a target to satisfaction for good customer relationship.
- H.S.S.E training and enforcement.
- Encourage cleanliness.

- Managed workshop operations including spare parts department.
- Ensured services and repairs was done well on over 200 trucks mainly Mercedes, Scania, Renault and M.A.N trucks, plus front loading equipment, cranes and regular company vehicles.
- Maintained full records on periodic services, spares including raw materials utilized on every individual unit, oil by the liters used plus manpower time utilized for every service were mate on time and recorded.
- Ensured excellent good running of the equipment in operation, fuel excess and tire ware crisis on trucks were brought down to control.
- Ensured good training when needed on mechanics on various fields in order to maintain high technical abilities and to improve at all times workshop standards and competency and also to reduce all levels of time waste.
- Ensured strong SAFETY compliance on H.S.S.E.
- Managed complete workshop on Services and repairs on cars and trucks.
- Handled regular services for engine, transmission and differential oils and filter change.
- Performed minor to major repair services mechanically on engines, transmission, suspension including pneumatic, electrical, air-condition service.
- Body work repairs and spray painting.
- Tire puncture services, wheel alignment, brakes.
- Radiator and inter cooler repairs and services.
- Upholstery work and also fitting body kits.
- My first assignment: - I worked as a senior lead mechanic (hands on), I worked on different type of equipment, passenger steps unit, air power unit (aircraft engine start units), push tugs, towing tugs, belt loaders, FMC high loaders, air condition units, man-lift units, boom lifters, ground power units, etc. for two years, where I was promoted to a supervisor.
- My Supervisor duty:- was to job assign every mechanic on shift and to ensure work was in full record by the time taken, spares used, and also assist whenever help was required by advice or train on duty to ensure success and also avoid any delays finally to achieve success in good performance and finishing. I served for three years successfully after which I was promoted as Assistant to the Duty Manager.
- My ADM duties:- Was to manage workshop and field operations ensuring all the ground support equipment were performing in the safest way forward and at the same time with excellent serviceability and also being available at all times needed.
- Other special duties included handling of out-station equipment, plus special assignment during my shift on time to V.I.P equipment at Royal Terminal Riyadh.
- I attended a course on Ground air-condition system services and repairs, plus Detroit engine repairs and tune-up procedures which I attained from the Philippines.
This company dealt with New & Used car sales.
- I managed the workshop plus used Car Sales for the company.
- Handled workshop operations on service and repairs including warranty service for new vehicles sold.
