• In charge of reviewing and checking of all Landscape Concept, shop drawings, IFC & As-Built drawing, approving materials submittal & method of statement submitted by the contractor for construction. Providing solution by using sketch up by modelling. Site coordination and Inspection.
• Reviews and approves final work products, authenticating construction documents and plans as certifying Registered Landscape/Architect.
• Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
• Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required.
• Prepare Site instruction (SI) for deficiencies of work found at site and nonconformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.
• Check and ensure effective co-ordination between disciplines related works and all other disciplines.
• Meets regularly with Service representatives of landscape and Irrigation Development contractors who have responsibility for the development and aesthetics of the landscaping in the Medical Center Project; reviews result of inspection reports, discusses problems noted and directs resolutions/remediation; interprets and explains landscape contract agreements/standards to contractor representatives.
• Maintains an inventory of irrigation system parts and supplies for use by contractors; tests, troubleshoots and performs minor repairs/adjustments to irrigation systems; reviews plan for changes/modifications to existing irrigation systems and plant material.
• Prepares Daily/Weekly inspection reports detailing all landscape conditions, contractor performance and maintenance problems and remediation action directed, with timetables; reviews contractor invoices for accuracy and appropriateness.

Softscape, Hardscape & Irrigation)

• Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
• Review submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice.
• Hardscape, including exterior stonework (paving of roadways, pedestrian walkways and parking lots), cladding, GRC-artificial rockwork, wood decking, site furnishings, natural rock grouping.
• Softscape, including plant material inspection (on site, at local nurseries and over-seas), on-site planting of trees and shrubs associated landscape elements \[soil mixing, leveling and capillary movement (drainage)\].
• Meets regularly with management representatives of private landscape maintenance contractors who have responsibility for the development and aesthetics of the landscaping in the Ministry of Health districts; reviews results of inspection reports, discusses problems noted and directs resolutions/remediation; interprets and explains landscape contract agreements/standards to contractor representatives.
• Issues correction notices to contractors/developers to correct deficiencies found during inspections. Ensures deficiencies are corrected prior to acceptance of the work; issues correction notices and deficiency notices.
• Reviewing and approval of shop drawings, materials samples, mock-ups etc.in connection with hardscape and Softscape.
• Initiates and monitors implementation of appropriate safety and environmental safeguards in accordance with applicable regulations and prudent professional practice to ensure that employee, citizen, and environmental hazards and impacts of operational activities are eliminated or reduced to acceptable or allowable risk levels.

• Supervising all landscaping personnel: duties including Plans, schedules, assigns, and supervises the landscaping, seeding, weeding, cultivating, pruning, Insecticides spraying, designing, applying fertilizer/organic manures Grass mowing and transplanting and of a large variety of shrubs and trees.
• Maintainers/construction of lawn, Top dressing and general care of the grounds.
• Follow-up for getting Planned Preventive Maintenance & Self Audit schedules from all Services and generate the corresponding Quality Reports to be submitted to the Client.
• Monitors jobs both indoors and outdoors to ensure quality and compliance with job standards.
• Operate and maintain lawn equipment and Apply fertilizers and herbicides in accordance with product labels.
Accomplishments :( Irrigation)
• Manage water use through auditing irrigation system and programming irrigation controllers.
• Perform capital inspections of Irrigation installed by developers or contractors, before acceptance by the Parks, Apartments, Villas and Sports field Department for control and maintenance.
• Supervise installation of Automatic irrigation systems in old location or renovation of older systems.
• Coordinate with utility companies performing repairs and/or installations of Irrigation system on Kaust property.
