Managing Learning and Development for the company
Design, Develop and Facilitate Training intervention for Corporates and Educational Institutes
Design, Develop and Ensure credible testing and certification for all trainees.
Ensure training needs analysis is conducted in the organization to ensure person- specific training needs are identified.
Ensure all employees have an ITP to ensure identified training needs are formulated into training plan.
Ensure planned external & internal training programs are executed.
Ensure the development of competency based training curriculum for jobs to guide training staff in identifying training needs & development.
Ensure proper induction of new joining employees to the organization.
Develop an accurate training budget that addresses all identified training needs.
Conduct training audits across the division.
Design training programs to the competencies identified in the job curriculums.
Ensure all internal and external conducted programs are evaluated at reaction & learning levels and reported
Policies and procedures: Develop and maintain the policies, methodologies, tools and procedures for training & development and ensure implementation after approval from the Management.
Training needs analysis: Ensure inventory and analysis of the training needs at individual and overall level, in order to support management in follow-up for individuals and to propose for overall training programs.
Training Plan & Budget: Prepare the annual training plan and budget, based on identified training needs and agreed training programs.
Training programs: Ensure organization, coordination and evaluation of training programs, on base of training needs analysis and specifications by line management, in order to provide suitable training programs.
Training information: Ensure availability of information about training programs for company employees, and assist in selecting the appropriate training programs for individual’s needs. Make information available about company’s training programs (content, target group and calendar).
Training design: Design specific training programs, which are not outsourced to training providers.
Training & service providers: Select, contract and manage training providers for delivering specific (group-) training programs when required, in alignment with the needs.
Employee development: Design, implement and provide policies and programs for effective employee development, to support management in their requirements for employee development.
Leadership development: Design, implement and conduct policies and programs for effective leadership development, to support management in their requirements for leadership development.
Training Records: Maintain Training MIS in Oracle JD Edwards Training Module.
Training Evaluation: Design, develop, implement and ensure 3 levels of training evaluation for quality control.
People management: Ensure and manage an effective T&D department, required number and quality of people, and effective people management in line with company’s HR policies, in order to enable realization of the T&D goals.
Responsible for planning, organizing & implementing the training requirements and handling the entire behavioral and technical skills training portfolio for Retail Business pan India.
Conduct needs analysis, plan and execute learning and development intervention.
Design training modules as per Training Need Analysis.
Prepare short and long-term training schedules utilizing a database for scheduling and tracking progress of participants to ensure that the learning objectives are being met while checking for compliance and completion of all requirements for assigned personnel.
Prepare and publish training plans. Draw up the monthly training calendar, based on the project / business requirements.
Manage the Induction Program for the new joiners at all levels.
Facilitate/ deliver training programs.
Liaison with various institutes and organizations for sending employees to various seminars.
Evaluate training effectiveness by conducting follow-up studies to determine impact of training program on trainees and recommend changes as required. Analyze training feedback and take appropriate actions.
Responsible to ensure smooth delivery of Business Communication and Soft Skills Training course for 1200 Management Trainees on Campus.
Lead and train team of Soft Skills Trainers and Psychometric Counselors.
Responsible for Training content development, Faculty Handbook and Students Handouts
To conduct Training Workshops on Soft Skills, Career Development and Sales Training for Corporate Clients and Academia.
Develop Course Content, Trainer Resource Books and Trainee Handouts.
Administer psychometric instruments and conduct Career counseling.
