Reporting nonmoving, over stock items.
Assisting Warehouse Manager for yearly inventory, Reconcile, and other managerial report..
Recording and reporting of ABC analyses report.
Managing WH team, training, and leading.
Responsible to track DN and submitting to sales/Finance team.
Out sourcing of third party logistic provider, and submitting analysis report to management.
Responsible to monitor branches’ stock by Cycle count, daily stock movement and reporting to management.
Responsible in planning of inventory effectively, accurately, and insuring the relevant transaction are posted.
Recording and maintaining all “A” level issues in Risk/Issue register, analyzing and reporting of Mitigation control.
Managing all process of function within a busy warehouse.

Producing weekly stock movement and on hand summary to senior managers.
Ensuring all GRN, issuing, dispatching, inwards, outwards other required process are carried out in time.
Controlling Consumable items as per allocation.
Supervised a team of employees and assists departments to deliver materials such as Construction, Electrical components, Cleaning, and Industrial uniforms.
Shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and maintaining inventories of materials.
Identify and report of slow movement materials. Organize pallets and materials as per ABC format.

Processing purchasing transaction, coordinating production, dispatch crew, scheduling transportation and routes.
Monitoring materials issuance of Aramco facilities.
Organize, facilitate, and manage stock takes in regular intervals.
Ensuring delivery process adhering within the time frame, coordinating client warehouse, gate pass etc..
Involving international suppliers’ communication, LC terms& shipping docs checking, as well coordinating with custom clearance companies.
