• Handling all cash and credit cards transactions.
• Making daily sales report.
• Deposits the cash sales to the bank
• Preparing a vouchers
• Handling Patty cash
• Encoding the incoming and outgoing documents
• Receiving and guiding Company office guests and walk-in visitors or clients
• Handling customers thru telephone and in person
• Receiving and routing incoming calls to the proper channel
• Providing information to incoming queries up to my knowledge and span of information and channel inquires to the right channel professionally
• Maintaining office records and keep track of incoming and outgoing documents and assist in mailing
• Organizing shop procedures and documents and paperwork flow
• Ensuring protection and security of files and records
• Maintaining and replenishing inventory of shop supplies and stationary
• Managing and redirecting customer complaints

• Attending clients’ concerns
• Scheduling appointments through phone calls and walk-in
