Responsible for all Eastern Region Branches of Core Coffee and Roastery.
As a Restaurant Supervisor and part of pre-opening team, I am in- charge of staffs trainings from Product Knowledge to Sequence of Service as per the Company Standard Operating Procedures ( SOPs). I ensure that all staffs are physically and mentally ready to open the Restaurant and during the operation. Trained for cash handling, cash banking and cash reports. Serves as a Person In charge in Food Safety and Sanitation of the Restaurant, to ensure that our establishment follows and obliged to the Rules and Regulations of the Ministry of Health in Food handling and Sanitation. Does opening and closing checklist of the Restaurant to ensure smooth quality operation during operating hours. Have travelled to Bahrain as a Designated Trainer and helped Restaurants opens, such as Dean and Celica and 400 Gradi Bahrain. Acts as a decision maker in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Worked with Higher Managements in controlling wastage and loses, monthly promotions, increasing sales and up selling techniques. Trained in staff handling and delegations in ensuring well balance manpower through shifts. Ensures each staffs performs and works as a team towards reaching targets. As a Supervisor, it is my responsibility to ensure that Maintenance issues are being handled, pest control and grease trap are done in a regular basis.

Defining and monitoring sales targets. Handles wholesale transactions worldwide. Travels abroad and meets manufacturing companies to strengthen business relationship. Monitors social media and live chat activities ensuring all customer inquires are answered timely and properly. Within the first year, I was able to let the company open for wholesale transactions outside territory not only relying on retail domestically. Handles invoices and packing list of shipments.

Works closely with the Regional Director in managing the operarion of the restaurant. Ensures everyone implements and follows the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the company. Does Staff Rosters to ensure that the operation has enough man power for smooth operation. Conducts training to ensure that all staffs are knowledgeable not only in serving customers but also for personal growth. Person in Charge in ensuring that the establishment abides in the Rules and Regulations of Dubai Municipality in food service. Deals with suppliers to ensure only high quality of raw products are received. Incharge and handles inhouse and outside catering events. Makes menu for different occasions and events. Handles customer complain with 100% efficiency. Conduts briefing and before and after operations to ensure staffs are aware of what to be done and what needs to omprove during operations.
Greets and seats the guests. Presents menu and takes orders following the SOP of sequence of service establish by the company. Established guest connections and rapport for them to come back. Ensures only quality food and beverages arrives to the table on time. Conducts training to upgrade knowledge and skills. Acts as a person incharge in the absence of Managers and Supervisors. Handles customer complains smoothly and confidently.

Escorta VIPs to the lounge till boarding gates.
Assist Private flights.
Trained different system for different Airlines such as Lufthasa German Airline, Singapore Airlibne, Indian Airline and Etihad Airline.
