• Responsible for Incident/Problem management for multiple tracks, assign and follow up on defects assigned to Engineering team to get issues reported to closure
• Work in a virtual CFT for getting dependent or related issues to closure that is affecting business or revenue
• Act as close liaison for product owners by helping prioritize future stories, slating current defects for upcoming release in accordance to past incident impact
• Be the liaison between Business units, technology teams and support teams
• Proactively find opportunities by analyzing session activities, customer feedback to provide meaningful insights for executive reporting
• Generate business process descriptions by closely translating customer feedback by combining Splunk logs, DB analysis and other Analytical tools
• Train end users on Tealeaf and Omniture site catalyst use and reporting for customer experience management
• Monitoring and analyzing session data to understand customer behavior and identify site issues that are adversely impacting conversion
• Work in conjunction with fraud team for fraudulent practices observed on website and come up with solutions for stopping future occurrences
Worked in the Mergers and Acquisiton team for the America and Southern American region, headed by 3 Customer Relation Manager in 3 countries. Basic role was to create, merge and update the customer contacts provided by merging company to us.
