Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy environment that is
conducive to teaching, learning, and positive behavior - Create
high morale among students, faculty, staff, and parents -
Participate in the development of school policies and procedures -
Analyze data and make necessary adjustments to policies and
practices - Create and present data based reports- Evaluate the
professional performance of line reports in accordance with
ADEC’s approved policies and performance management cycle -
Provide ongoing formal and informal advice and feedback to
line reports - Ensure that each teacher implements high quality
teaching standards that are consistent with the requirements
prescribed in the New School Model Curriculum - Maintain
organized records; tracking student and teacher progress -
Create and enforce action plans based on the needs of the
school and in response to Irtiqaa reporting statements -
Review and approve the development plans of students and
teachers - Collaborate with the Principal to ensure that the
curriculum is implemented and assessed effectively -
Assess and identify students who meet the gifted and talented
criteria - Facilitate professional development on
differentiation and classroom management - Provide teachers
with one on one opportunities to ensure that the differentiation
strategies being used are leveled and data driven - Cooperatively
plan with all KG2 teachers to create contextual themes - Active
member of the 2011-2012 New School Model Committee - NSM
Consultant for KG2 - Solicit and research outside
resources that will encourage and support teaching and
learning - Provide support to all English Medium and -
Arabic Medium Teachers to ensure clarity of contextual
teaching, while focusing on each student’s learning style,
interests, strengths and weaknesses as it relates to the NSM -
Enforce strategies that move Al Khaleef forward in attempts
to satisfy all KPI requirements - Create a safe and nurturing
environment that is conducive to learning - Deliver data
driven lessons and rigorous activities that have been planned
during co-planning with partner Arabic Medium Teacher
Evaluate the performance of Site Based Mentor Teachers -
Provide constructive feedback - Analyze data and create
reports on teacher and student progress - Organize and
maintain a record keeping system that tracks the progress of the
Mentoring Program- Mentor novice teachers and veteran
teachers who exhibit a deficiency in any aspect that impedes
their professional growth - Provide professional development
on various academic and professional topics - Act as a liaison
between mentees and administrative teams - Maintain
Professional Learning Communities for mentees to receive
support from - Host monthly meetings for Mentor Teachers in
the School Reform Team 2 District
Address the concerns of the Kindergarten Grade
level - Evaluate teacher progress - Perform data
analysis to track student academic progress and English
language usage - Utilize various 21st Century based strategies
that support teaching and learning in an ELL classroom -
Create and present reports to the administrative team -
Plan and schedule professional development for the
kindergarten - Plan exploratory trips for the students
