Also have to keep a scrutiny on the human resource department for various aspects like legal compliance, competitiveness of benefit package, diversity, clarity of policies & potential cost saving. Also look sales, service and marketing and keep complete record of sales-related incentive, sales personnel training, dealership and its network development, sales support, media and advertising for media, trade shows, market research & public relation.
2013 October onward- Working in Continental Group and looking for Isuzu business as operating partner.

1994-2001- Work for Dugar Brothers & Sons, Kathmandu (Sole Distributors of Nissan, Mahindra LCV brand Vehicles as Senior Manager.
Bachelor's in Business Administration from Shanker Dev Campus (Tribhuvan University) in year 1993.
