Getting in touch with Universities, colleges and schools across the UAE to propose and deploy activation plans
Recruiting ISP, HE & Hostess with the set budget (Rate per hour) that will be assigned per project
Preparing the offer letter, coordinating with ISP, HE & Hostess ensuring you have proper set of documents required to obtain
approvals mainly Labor Card, Occupational Health Card etc.
To ensure good rapport with PRO agency for obtaining government approvals i.e. LC & OHC to fasten the process of
onboarding the ISP, HE & Hostess
Maintaining records on the expiries of ISP, HE & Hostess document, renewal should be processed before the expiry on
confirmation from Project & Account Managers
Training ISP, HE & Hostess on code of conduct for Activation/Event. Informing & educating them for corrective actions if the
policies are violated
You will be creating a pool of ISP, HE & Hostess which can be allocated for short campaigns, basically the resource with their
own LC & OHC
Creating & maintaining ISP, HE & Hostess Profile with portfolio & instore pictures, experience, background & bio information
You need keep your self-updated with all the required rates for processing approvals & making sure you are up-to-date with
the revisions made in Ministry of Labor Laws
Supporting in the field operations in terms of preparation of plans, time maps and road maps for projects implementation
Obtaining approvals from third parties and organizing the documents for field implementation
Coordinating internally with different departments and externally with third parties / suppliers for materials production
(stands, uniforms, etc.)
Reviewing field execution and reporting internally
Reporting on activities executed on field
Providing marketing expertise to various fashion, restaurant, hotel, electronic, etc. related brands
Working closely with clients to develop social media campaigns in order to promote brands
Develop interactive content with the help of the clients design and production team to create promotional artworks,
videos and audios
Analyze the competition and accordingly plan, develop and execute relevant and engaging content which will be
beneficial to clients
Drawing up flow charts of activational campaigns and ensuring things go as planned
Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brand
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution to analyzing
Supervising & overseeing advertising, product design, marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and
case studies to maintain consistency in branding
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors whilst working in tandem with
colleagues across multiple departments (sales team, programming team, creative department and branding agency)
Identifying potential partners based on product goals and market needs and Overseeing partnership implementation in
collaboration with internal teams
Initiating, negotiating and executing partnership barter/semi-barter agreements
Organizing events, product launches, exhibitions, photo shoots, etc.
Experiment and promote the brand with a variety of through the line marketing platforms (Television, radio, print, billboards,
mobile app, mailers, digital and social media)
Produce valuable and engaging content for our digital platforms to attract and convert our target groups
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Measure and Analyze marketing campaigns, gain insight, assess results against goals, analyze consumer behavior and adjust
digital and traditional advertising campaigns accordingly

Working closely with the Legal Department on terms and conditions of each barter deal

Plan and propose workflows for every event
Required to work closely with the members of the team to collectively produce a successful event
Logistics management and inventory control of all equipments, materials and any other items
Looking into different types of booking orders coming in directly from clients and Agencies
Liaising directly with Clients and Agencies regarding the required details and promoting ideas to clients about the benefits of advertising on various radio stations of the company
Liaising with the digital marketing team for all the details required from the client to create banners, enhance blogs and social media pages
Also to include vital content to promote clients on most used websites
Assisting in cross selling digital advertising spaces along with Radio air space and client promotions with Sales & Marketing Department, etc.
