I work as sales assistant, my main tasks are :
- Responding to clients emails and calls.
- Creating the pre-move survey on our system for the sales representative.
- Preparing quotes.
- Contacting road, sea and air companies for freight.
- Contacting the agents for destination service rate and required documents.
- Sending the quotes to clients and required documents.
- Preparing the technical file of each move for our crew leader.
- Translation of packing lists from French to English.
- Preparing weight tickets for sea and air shipments.
- Preparing the files on fidi terms.
- Classification of files in alphabetical order.
- Organisation of meetings of our sales representative.
I work as a receptionist in the show room of Volkswagen .
I've passed 1 week of replacement as an operator in a company called ' atlanta assurance "
I've got for this replacement 25$ per day
