Ensure that the School support functions provide high quality professional and cost-effective services that enhance the quality of Office Administration and Facilities Management.

•Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Dean & Executive Director including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.

•Build partnerships and negotiate with local businesses to streamline the events creation and execution process and manage potential staff related to the event including caterers, logistics, entertainment etc.

Highlights of Achievements:
•Managed the Dubai Campus to be ranked as number 1 globally for overall facilities excellence on student satisfaction survey for 4 consecutive years.
•Acted as an Event Director for the Annual Graduation Ceremony with more than a thousand participants for 3 successive years.
•Negotiated, closed and managed projects worth AED 10 million, including 8% of savings from previous year.
•Enhanced average response time to facilities maintenance requests from 5 days to 24 hours.
•Collaborated with other departments to enhance the campus layout, which resulted in successfully accommodating more than 110% increase in campus staff.
