Managing Medical claims for responsible branches, maintaining updating about
Insurance Std. exclusions, coverage’s
Approval and E-claims/manual submission.
Managing medical coding/diagnosis, claims submission, verification, approvals etc.
Managing Rejections, resubmission and complete decision making od branch insurance
Motivating, leading, co-coordinating and training doctors, nursing staff, other medical
and non-medical staff about Insurance updates.
Debit/credit cash management and invoice clearance.
Maintaining good contact with insurance company network/submission/approvals
department and HR department of policy holders and managerial team.
Assisting and reporting to the Manager Insurance, Operation/Marketing manager and
other Superiors for the responsible branches
Updating (Med soft tariff, company, networks, billing) and clarification/communication
with team and circulate.
Maintaining monthly closing/collection reports, accountable for revenue generation.
Support for front desk, billing/accounts, and marketing activity.
Healthcare administration, staff duty planning/ assign, leave planning &outpatient floor
support, customer servicing and acting branch in charge.
Employee relations, orientation, Employment, Employee Management, Departmental
development
Employee salaries, wages calculation, Training and development, Bonus calculation,
Attendance and leave policy, Employee ESI etc.
Compensation and benefits administration, PMS and recordkeeping
MBA with HRM & Systems BCA graduation in Computer Applications
