- Compiling Roster for crew
- Compiling daily movements
- Compiling crew schedule
- Ensuring that flight crew and cabin crew in accordance with qualifications, composition requirements, duty
time limitations and training requirements.
- Ensuring effective communication with crews regarding rostered duties and roster changes
- Any other duties as assigned

• Files and stores all modifications, trial installations, trial extensions and concessions
after Technical
• Records Officers are through.
• Provide Technical Records information in consultation with his superiors.

Aircraft Component Control Clerk
Loading work into the workshop under the instructions of the
Cleaning of aircraft and equipment including offices, hangars and surroundings.
* Assisting engineers and Apprentices during checks and defect rectification.
* Any delegated duties by my superiors.
Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance
such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters.
* Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing
engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components.
* Verifies vehicle serviceability by adjusting controls and systems.
* Complies with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.
* Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning and washing
