1. To perform shift duties as Control room Engineer depending upon the shift schedule/need.
2. Responsible for safe start up, shutdown and operation of the plant and equipment.
3. Work on routine tasks such as; plant operations reporting, performance monitoring of the Plant and other equipment.
4. Filing and maintaining operation log sheets by taking readings/values from different equipment and accessories.
5. Identify process deviations and perform root cause/corrective action.
6. Conduct area inspections and audits.
7. Reflect high level of understanding of all safety documents such as lock out/tag out, hot work permit, confined space entry permit, chemical hazard, emergency response procedure etc.
8. Must be a good team player and flexible enough to provide coverage and shift change, in case a need arises.
9. Supervise general housekeeping.

Assist with the supervision of Maintenance staff including but not limited to performance management and employee development, etc
Manage the work activities to effectively implement maintenance plans, ensuring safe work behaviors and practices
1) Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow
Assist in maintaining departmental operating budget at a positive variance by effectively utilizing the workforce and equipment
Provide technical support for client, support staff and workforce
Applies managerial expertise to achieve financial and operational objectives within own area
In addition to Levels 1 and 2 competencies, provides leadership to Managers within a function or region (Level 2)
