• Attends to scheduled or unscheduled meetings to discuss and resolve problems including the hospital wide
committee meetings where his attendance is necessary.
• Provides timely, complete, and accurate financial statements such as Income Statement, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, MIS and other related accounting reports prepared by Chief Accountant needed periodically by the management for decision-making.
With overall responsibility of accounting function my main area of responsibilities are as under:
•Preparation and presentation on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual accounts.
•Financial analysis including ratios, horizontal, vertical and variance analysis
•Preparation and finalization of annual financial statements in coordination with the external auditors.
•Preparation of quarterly accounts and presentations for the partners under International Financial Reporting Standards.
•Preparation of supporting schedules and reconciliations including intercompany recons.
•Responsible for group ERP financial and management modules implementation.
•Design and documentation of existing system as well as proposed system for the purpose of GAP analysis and implementation of ERP.
•Preparing Construction Claim relates to escalation of prices, prolongation cost, payment delay, bank interest on OD, Guarantees and Preliminary expenses. Successfully completed six projects and submitted to Hill International and ADSSC.
