Coordination:
In charge of the coordination and organisation of the activities related to the CM.
In charge of the coordination of the activities of the support functions( finance& compliance& Commercial & HR)
purchasing & Procurement:
Liaise with existing suppliers and negotiating contracts
Sourcing and building relations with new suppliers
Negotiation of new contracts
Responsible of the purchasing operation for the general Management and support function activities
Communication:
Coordination and organisation of events, congresses: Cycle meeting 2012-2013- Maghreb Health Summit Algiers 2012, Breast Cancer Congress 2013
Assist GM during Meetings with doctors, Key Account Leaders and the authorities.
Interact with Media, press and newspapers
Internal & External communication
Translation tasks( Arabic - English- French)
Reporting to the Ambassador of Japan:
Issue Official communication & Emailing, Audience requests: Algerian Partners from different Ministries (Foreign, Finance, Environment….) and Private companies
Press-review: Sum up the political, social, and economic news
Organization of Cultural events
Organize meetings & trips
Take in charge customer requests, handle their needs and inquiries, accompany the client during their stay and give a high level of service quality, making it sure that the cutomer is fully satisfied
Overseeing the front office operations and the hotels trading
Being in direct interaction with customers, ensuring an exceptional service
Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel & chalets operation and the security of the property
Mobilise the employees around the procedures
Ensure an effective communication with all the departments
Choosing and liaising with the new suppliers: determining the products to purchase keeping up with the latest fashion trends
Organize the shop, pricing and performing the inventory
Responsible of the sales operations: in direct contact with the customer, managing the cash and credit cards operations
Handling returns and refunds
Organizing the advertising. Deals, promos and the discounts
In charge of the Customer wellbeing all along their stay: deal with different requests, ensure a high level quality of service
Interact with all the departments
Translation Arabic-French-English
