○ Towers and Villas internal Marble fixing And External Stone cladding and fixing ○ Ability to review and read well Shop drawing for all floor works and cladding works. ○ Knowledge in making construction project Material of Quantities (MOQ) ○ Site management allocating workmanship as per site requirements and discussing with the foreman to clarify their doubts about the drawing and reporting to the concerned project engineer. ○ Preparing and justifying subcontractor bill as per physical measurement of work. ○ Preparing Material Submittal according to Project specification. ○ Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean. ○ Completed structural drawings for the design and layout, including estimating area, beam and column take-offs of wall and floor systems using patented joist systems, metal stud panels and other proprietary applications. ○ Field inspected buildings to determine various types of structural damage to residential and commercial buildings. ○ Maintained and updated structural drawing register for every project having details on issued sketches and drawings. ○ Coordinate with Project manager to discuss design direction, schedule and priorities. ○ Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts. ○ Ability to review Architectural, Structural and Mechanical drawings well.
