Oracle ERP Functional Consultant at GFMIS Project
Responsible for implementing oracle financials, Public Budgeting and
planning
application, for 160 Accounting/Budgeting Units (deploy 10 of them) The
responsibility included:
Receive the AU attendance sheet from MOF
Verify the AU Staff the attendance sheet and acquiring AU Manager Sign off.
Communicate the user registration form to MOF to create the identified AU Staff accounts and their responsibilities to configure the AU per GFMIS.
Assist AU/BU users to collect needed data for the financial sheets (Actual Budget, Commitments, Cash Limit and trail Balance) that includes modified chart Of Accounts to be mapped in the system.
Assist AU/BU users to complete all needed data sheets and upload them to the GFMIS Data Center
Obtain the AU manager sign off for the Acceptance sheet for the setup phase.
Provide onsite support to each new BUs & AUs to assist them to enter their opening balance and approved budget in addition to Commitment and cash limit.
