 Providing assistance during the review stage of the Project Contract, and forewarning against any potential financial risks.
 Study new signed projects and follow up starting from the advanced payment.
 Reviewing of the Project BOQ, preparation of Preliminary Cash‐Flow; portraying all planned Dates and values of Interim Invoices, and their due payment release dates.
 Upon the initiation of a Project Variation Order; providing a study of the Variation Order in the form of a detailed Price Breakdown of the required Works, supported with the proper Method Statements and proposed Time Extension.
 Responsible for the preparation of the Project Close‐out Documents; inclusive of the Final Invoice, Testing & Commissioning Reports, As‐Built Drawings, Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Catalogues, and Warranty Certificates.
 Preparation and issuance of Contractual correspondences indemnifying the Company against any damages or losses arising from conditions and events beyond the Company’s control, and ascertaining the Company’s right to be reimbursed against such losses; including Claims for Prolonged Project Duration and its Acceleration Costs.
 Preparation and issuance of a Monthly Report; displaying the Project Status, Payment Collection, and highlighting the remaining due amounts and potential Project issues.
 Revising Sub-Contract Agreement according to Corporate’s Policy.
 Preparing and issuing Sub-Contract Agreement’s Drafts.
 Managing the sub-contracting process such as; obtaining signatures, seals, CSR and archiving.
 Preparing and issuance of sub-contractors’ invoices on back-to-back bases.
