**I'm working as a sales coordinator with tasks below:
providing administrative support to the sales team
ensure the adequacy of sales-related merchandise
monitoring team progress, assisting in preparing promotional materials.
Receive and enter the Online, Malls, and retailers’ purchase orders into the system.
Review the purchase orders and ensure the availability of quantities in the warehouse.
Ensure that all Purchase orders are complying with the approved price lists.
Perform the goods’ transfers between warehouses after obtaining the approvals.
Coordinate with warehouses regarding handling goods to retailers and customers.
Issuing invoices for the retailers.
Aftersales support for all returned goods
