Leasing Administration Manager.

 Supervise all administrative and financial aspects of the corporate, make appropriate recommendations thereon and submit them to the management.
 Consider the suggestions submitted to determine the rental value for each of the units allocated for leasing (commercial & residential units) and submit the appropriate recommendations to the chairman of the PDP to take the appropriate decision.
 Responsible for all properties Takeover and Handover (Abu Dhabi & Al Ain).
 Assure that all properties documents (Checklists) are collected.
 Responsible for data entry in the Property Management System (PMS) for all properties’ units (adding & removing units from the system) by coordinating with IT.
 Early follow-up on due for renewals, and to maintain full records for the Governments tenants (Occupants/ Beneficiary) of all properties for Abu Dhabi & Al Ain.
 Monitor the monthly due for the renewals list for the Government contracts and to make sure that all due contracts are renewed on time.
 Monitor the monthly receivables list for the Government contracts and to make sure that all due rental amounts are collected within maximum 90 days from the contract issuance date.
 Monitor all Break of lease / Tenancy contract transfer / Units shifting (Upgrading / Downgrading) / Short Term renewal.
 To insure that the Water & Electricity meter number for the common areas and the other leased units are under the beneficiary names.
 Monitoring & assuring that any missing documents related to clients’ contracts are collected as per the policy.
 Assuring that all legal documents related to the tenants are organized and well filed.
 Verifying all renewal letters prior sending to all tenants for Abu Dhabi & Al Ain (Monthly).
 Prepare the defaulters tenants’ files for legal action taken (civil suit, Criminal Action, Legal Opinion …. Etc.) After receiving the request from concern staff.
