-Manage the creation of client design briefs in conjunction with Development Manager.
-Establish and manage Design Guidelines with input from Development Manager.
-Develop the Project Implementation Plan and Project Execution Plan.
-Manage design review and delegate other professional disciplines to related colleagues (MEP, structure, Estidama, Transportation, etc.) Manage and approve all proposed value engineering options.
-Manage the retail delivery process by coordinating with the Tenant, Leasing, Legal, and Marketing & Project Teams.
-Inspect shell and core premise, verify accuracy of LODs vis-à-vis Landlord’s base built provisions, and follow up with necessary actions to fulfill landlord’s obligation of unit’s physical hand over.
-Coordinate with Project Team and Tenant Team to ensure successful tenant coordination efforts and effective completion of Project Owner and Tenant construction work.
-Issue tenant manual, LODs, relevant development/base build supporting documents for tenant’s design and application to building statutory authorities.
-Convene and conduct kick off meetings and follow up meetings to manage and facilitate with the entire design and fitting out process.
-Convene and conduct joint inspections for unit hand over to tenant.
-Manage the approval process of tenant’s design submittals with RDT’s design review team; ensure timely turn-around time of design approvals and tenant’s timely submissions of design.
-Good judgment in performing technical plan reviews of architectural, MEP and signage drawings, providing comments to resolve design/construction issues preferred.
-Monitor site works quality and compliance with the landlord’s approved design and statutory authorities’ regulations.
-Keep and document all processes within a tenant fit out folders for official recording of all proceedings within the document controller’s record system.
-Plan, design & furnish interior environment for healthcare building projects.
-Prepare sketches, designs, review estimates, applying applicable building codes/standards, zoning laws, fire regulations permits.
-Preparing tender documents and presentation for the client to review.
-Renovate existing residential buildings to healthcare centers as per HAAD guidelines and specifications.
-Supervise all contractors to ensure that the works constructed as per the approved drawings and complying with the specifications, in timely manner.
-Supporting the source of procurements of the products of high end furnishing, fabrics, wall covering, flooring, and office furniture products from Local & International suppliers worldwide.
-Delivering projects under strict deadlines and within the client’s budget.
-Coordinate with MEP, Structural, Landscape, civil and medical equipment consultant to incorporate engineering systems with contractors on RFI’s and change orders.
-Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, co coordinating and expedited through subordinate the delivery and implementation of assigned company and assigned showroom - Interior designing projects within cost and contract limitations while ensuring total customer satisfaction.
-Responsible for developing creative designs, drawings, estimation, preparation, costing of the project and presentation of designs to clients for approval.
-Prepare detailed designs for various projects, involved from the concept development to final proposal finalization.

Job Description :
• Attending meetings with management section and discussing the design for projects outline.
• Reflecting the projects outline on Acad software with scaled dimension via principles of construction.
• Generating the project scope break down using Adobe Photoshop and Power Point soft wares for presentation purposes to clients.
• Develop draft design proposals based on team meetings and discussions.
• Liaising with clients, presenting the project scope and design, discussing the comments and implementing proposals.
• Preparation of detailed architecture drawings in coordination with other internal departments for final approval and tender issuance.
• Handling the project designs and further drawing modifications of ongoing projects with the concerned clients.
• Studying the specifications of construction designs issued by Dubai Municipality.
• Coordination with concerned Authorities for issuing permits and Design /Construction NOC's for executing projects.
• Preparation of tender letters to contractors for collecting tender documents, drawings and addendums.
• Using initiative to handle a wide variety of administrative support duties and managing complex calendars.
• Preparing agendas, attending meetings and transcribing correspondences.
• Arranging and scheduling appointments as requested and supervising the preparation of materials for meetings as appropriate.
• Maintaining liaison with all levels of administration and faculty to coordinate and resolve problems and issues related to administrative or consultant matters of internal and external nature.
