● Manage and ensure compliance of all uniform standards through various measures and initiatives of 5, 500+ Cabin Crew.
● Conduct Style & Image checks on Cabin Crew at various locations such as Training Academy, Airport or Head Office.
● Conduct Performance meetings providing feedback as well as action disciplinaries where necessary based on crew performance.
● Provide support, guidance, coaching and counselling to all Crew members who may need assistance.
● Effective communication between self and other stakeholders within our division on any updates to manuals, processes and procedures.
● Assist and support Recruitment and Corporate events/film shoots to ensure Style & Image guidelines are consistently maintained - also conduct Recruitment utilizing prior interview skills experience.
● Manage the ‘Etihad Lifestyle Program’ which is a program designed to assist Cabin Crew to have a healthier lifestyle.
● Deputise for Performance Managers when on leave or during the appraisal period.
● Conduct Style & Image Sessions creating awareness of the importance but additionally setting standards to be followed as per procedure.
● During Airport disruptions, standby member to assist the airport team in their tasks if required.
