• Managing all the dubbing activities of JCC including third party relation management, contract negotiations and project management
• Short-Term and Long-Term Planning of the Dubbing Process development, and general optimization / enhancement of the dubbing process in terms of:
o Quality improvement.
o Monitoring Control
o Reducing dubbing cycle time
o Cost Reduction
o Technology implementation

Highlights:

• Succeeded to save 14.2% of the dubbing budget, and reduce process time by 48%, by improving the technology used and general workflow optimization.
• Worked and managed relations with supplier in 4 countries including Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Syria

• Coordinating between 3rd parties partners in other countries, in terms of Acquisitions & content dubbing
• Internal processes Optimization
• Managing the whole workflow between internal departments to make sure that the content is ready for broadcasting.
• Acting as Acquisitions & Content Manager Deputy
• Supervising screening team, translation team, and channel library

Highlights:

• I joined JCC during the pre-launching phase, and worked closely with the official consultant of the channel ( La Garder International French company )
• Was part of the team who was responsible of Establishing and launching Jazeera Children Channel and Braem TV
• JCC & Braem TV was part of Qatar Foundation Organization

• R & D of Hosting and Data communication products
• Budgetary and Costing for the products’ infrastructure
• Managing all new projects related to the department
• Creating products’ Business Plans & Road Maps
• Providing Pre-Sales consultancy and RFPs responding

Highlights:

• Succeeded to build and establish the LINKdotNET DataCenter in terms of Architecture, Products, Packages and services specifications and pricing
• Worked on the Egyptian E-Government project, successfully delivered the backend hosting architecture using Microsoft servers
• In 2004, was hosted as a speaker in the ICT forum in Mauritius talking about “How to increase ARPU (Average revenue per user) in Telecommunication operators using Microsoft new technologies

Externally:

• Creating DotComs’ Business Model, Logistics, Budget, Website outlines and Business Plans.
• Handling Local / Global partnership negotiations & new ventures

Internally:

• Creating budgetary methods and supervising the implementation process of each department
• Responsible for implementation of new company strategies.
• Was involved in the implementation of Wireless Application Services.

Highlights:

• Successfully managed the Acquisition processes of several ISPs, in terms of Users database migration and infrastructure transfer.
• Some of the projects that I was involved in and positively influenced: Speedsend.com, IntoEgypt.com, YallaKora.com, Yallabina.com, ArabFinance.com, Otlob.com, e-dar.com
• Was part of the team who was responsible to write the proposals to Acquire the operating license in the MENA region for MSN Arabia & BSolutions, was responsible of the business model part between LINKdotNET & Microsoft
