Shereif has over 28 years experience in IT services industry, he is now leading IBM Egypt cloud application development and innovation services as well as AMS, In this current role he is responsible for setting the strategic direction and operational management of IBM Egypt Application Management and Managed Services business in support of client's business transformation initiatives for big data, IOT, mobility and other solutions.
Shereif is a member of IBM Egypt GBS management team, GBS is the world’s largest consulting practice with industry-leading research capabilities, systems integration and application management services that bring best practices and leading methods and tools to the industry..
Shereif role includes selling, developing delivering and managing services and solutions that covers multiple industries and applications, earlier Shereif was responsible of developing and leading global SAP practice, the largest in MEA, and delivering SAP services to IBM clients around the world, now he manages double digit million dollars business for the largest clients in Egypt.
Before the current role, Shereif was IBM GDC SAP competency build up leader, he developed SAP practice, planned skills development, supply and demand, governance and compliance, processes and procedures, delivery models and methodologies application, tools, and accelerators development, offerings and solution design.
Shereif contacts and direct relations extends to many customers in Egypt and the Middle East like Juhayna, Mobica, ABB, Sanofi-Aventis, AGIBA, ERC, Universal Goup in Egypt and PSI, Crystal, Gulf Pipes, Sabic, Saudi Arabia airlines in Gulf and DHL, GSK and others in Europe.
He is able to bring business best practices and wealth of experience together with latest technology solutions to his customers.
It is also worth mentioning that Shereif holds 4 SAP certificates and is certified as IBM specialist and SME.

- Build project team and define the roles, objectives and responsibilities of each member.
-Design proposals, Scope of Work and Solution concept.
- Manage the ongoing projects along the full life cycle using standard methodologies like WSDDM and ASAP.
- Evaluate and select OEM products and suppliers
-Track project budget and expenses.
