Presently working at AIMS Institute of Higehr and Education, 21 st year in progress at the AIMS Institute- Bangalore. Job responsibility includes, Planning, of academic calendar, Subject allotment, , Monitoring of syllabus completion of PG & UG, organising activites, value added programs, evaluation, staffing, feedback analysis, associating with University and other regulatory bodies, international tie ups, Control and monitor and the academic developments, Review of curriculum, Industry institute interactions, faculty developments, student Development, etc.
Asst: Professor- food & beverages Production., reporting to head of the Department. Responsible for conducting theroy and practical classes for the students on the subject alloted to me. also associate with training and development cell for value added programs for the students.
Strategic Planning
•Setting up operations and providing strategic direction and leadership to the Institute.
•Positioning and representing the institute nationally and regionally.
•Spearheading curriculum planning, professional development and the implementation of educational programs.
•Reviewing the pre set educational goals, objectives, and classroom instructional programs, establishing academic and other performance objectives.
General Administration
•Defining operational plans for ensuring smooth running of the Education Centres.
•Procuring land for the institute and determining resource requirements in terms of materials & manpower by providing direction.
•Devising new courses/ trainings, keeping in view the latest technological advancements.
•Recruiting, mentoring & training personnel and determining resource requirements (materials/ manpower) and directing the arrangement of the same for schools.
•Generating annual budgets; drawing up Annual Reports; authorising procurement of material.
Teaching & Operations
•Spearheading the entire activities of the organisations to ensure proper training is imparted.
•Coordinating with the faculty members for altering the prevailing courses / curriculum / (syllabus) of the subjects; preparing papers and supervising entrance test for candidates seeking admission to the school.
•Giving lectures to students & preparing and marking assignments, essays and exams.
•Providing supervision to students' research & giving academic advice to them.
•Keeping up to date with the subject area along with conducting & writing reports
•Identifying prospective faculty members & selecting them after appraising their past competency levels.
