* Perform the instrumental analysis of Bulk and Finished Product to insure its conformity to the specifications.
* Perform the instrumental analysis on:
HPLC: Agilent 1200, Agilent 1260, Waters (2 Models),
UPLC: Agilent 1290
other instruments: Dissolution Device, Disintegrator, Friability Device, Karl Fisher Titrator, Hardness Device, UV Spectrophotometer.
* Perform all test methods of products according to SOP’s.
• Disciplining the inspection process for Finished product (Tablets - Capsules - Vials - Ampoules - Syrup - Cream) using HPLC Testing.
• Perform and document testing of lab actives and excipient materials using wet and instrumental analysis.
• Perform all test method of materials according to sop’s.
• Participate in validation of manufacturing process and cleaning validation.
• Disciplining the inspection process for Raw Materials, Packaging materials, In-process & Finished product.
• Daily follow up for water station and boiler to insure its conformity to the standards.
• Validate the submitted test methods from Research & Development Department.
• Perform wet and instrumental analysis (HPLC, Dissolution Device, Titroprocessor, Karl Fisher Titrator, Melting Point device, Friability Device, Hardness Device, Disintegration Device, Refractive index device, Muffles, Ovens, Automatic Digital Polarimeter, Sieve Analyzer, Centrifugation Device, Vacuum Oven, UV Spectrophotometer, IR Spectrophotometer, pH Meter, Conductivity Meter, UV Lamp, Viscometer) of Raw Materials, In-process & Finished product.
• Check and standardization of volumetric and test solutions in laboratory.
Bachelor Degree of Science (Chemistry/Zoology) from Faculty of Science, Cairo University, with a cumulative grade of good, Year of graduation: 2011 GPA: 1.86
