1) Sales & Marketing Business Planning
(Manager) at NISSAN Motor Egypt. ( June 2010- YTD)
• Job description: Investigate the economic conditions surrounding business activity such as industry trends and competition.
• Conduct extensive market research prior to starting up the business and continue gathering information throughout the life of the business.
• Prepare a detailed business plan for not losing sight of company goals and objectives.
• Secure sufficient financial resources for future development or expansion.
• Attend workshops, trade shows, and seminars to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry.
• Develop a situation analysis of the company including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business.
• Develop midterm plan MTP for the new models including the needed advertising & incentive plan.

• Job description: -Network enhancement (quality & quantity) M&S and AS area.
• -Consolidation of NMDE (Nissan Marketing & Distribution Egypt) functions to deal with dealers.
• -Implementation of Nissan STD (Nissan Sales & Service Way, Dealer Operation standard, Sales Dealer Operation Mandatory, Outlets presentation guideline) Overall/consolidated evaluation of dealers.
• -Retail Visual Identity Implementation.
• -Dealer training planning and conduct introductory trainings.
• -Nissan CSI monitoring improvement.
• Coordinates with other departments within the company to solve dealers' problems to maintain superior customer service.
• Plan, and implement program for regular visits to the dealers for performance evaluation and dealer process review.
• Prepare regular reports for dealers' level of performance, accurate enough to help the preparation of corrective action plans.
• Ensure the delivery of all reports and data required from the dealers, and verify the accuracy of these reports.
