• sale the loan, accounts, credit cards by its all types according to the internal police of the NBK and the external policy of the central bank
• make the daily test evaluation of the products knowledge of the bank
• maintain the service quality of the branch to the required level of the top management through normal or ghost customer
• maintain the excellent level of the quality assurance of the branch according to the internal regulation and the law of Kuwait.
• Working on transferring the outside customer of other banks with their liabilities to our bank and transfer their salaries and selling them the products and the campaign of the bank which lead to increase the profit of the branch to the rate the targeted by our score.
• The daily follow up with latest instruction and the weekly meeting and highly updated with any changes of the law of banking in Kuwait
• Selling of the cars with the agent of the cars which has deals with NBK through our customer or through referrals
• Selling of AIG company ؛s insurance policies offered by the bank
• Review of the balance sheet of the branch by a weekly basis with the branch manager and working on increasing the profit and reducing the cost and managing the cash of the branch in order to match the needs of the borrowed customer
• Persuading the customers by the deposits of the NBK and its benefits against other banks and selling the investment fund of the bank and the assets management
• Selling of the trade online account (watani online account) to the targeted customer
• Put a monthly plan to achieve the monthly target through outside visits and referrals from current customers and offering the latest's products and campaigns to them.
• Maintaining the customers portfolio and excellent relationship with them through continuous calls and finishing their needs in the bank
• Solving the problem of the customer that is related to their credit cards, loans, bad performance and internal and external claims.
• Open the accounts to the corporate and the lending to the authorized persons according to the bank criteria
• Making local and international telexes and issuing GPO and selling of the currencies and etc.
