• Executing specific technical design proposals based on client requests or consultant initiatives including investigation, evaluation and recommendations of design solutions and alternatives that best functional meets Haram needs.
• Conducting site surveys and draft existing conditions for organizing drawing sets and other documentations.
• Preparing and presenting preliminary architectural studies for design proposals, interior design tasks, including detailed scaled drawings, sketches, 3D models and final presentations.
• Assist the project manager and architectural head section to review and process project submittals.
• Coordination between the project sections (civil- electrical-mechanical-electronics) regarding preparing the bill of quantities (BOQ) including specifications, quantities, materials and tender documents.
• Measure and value the work done on site.
• Holding review of shop drawings provided by the contractors regarding all architectural finishing work based on the approved design and contract drawings.
• Preparing technical reports, graphic representations needed for submission to the client or the external directorates.
• Preparing technical Haram Library (Data, photos, ...etc)
Responsibilities:
• Conducting architectural studies, mainly in landscape projects in Medinah Region, assist in establishing the client's requirements & design criteria, strategic plans.
• Providing conceptual & schematic design, tender drawings, 3D interior & exterior perspectives/videos using computer-aided design (CAD) packages beside other complementary design software.
Projects:
• Landscaping parks, public areas, pedestrian paths, rehabilitation parks, sports fields.
• Rehabilitation & landscaping roads and intersections (Medians - roundabouts - curb accessories).
• Municipal buildings (markets - administrative buildings - interior design).
• Preparing technical specifications and scope of work descriptions relating to design, material palettes (hard and soft-scape, planting palettes and site furniture).
• Reviewing contractor design drawings, specifications, and calculations submittals, coordinates with the work of other disciplines.
• Performing sites inspection as needed & provide field support and solutions as necessary during construction.
• Preparing technical correspondence, reports, and studies, along with presentations, infographics to the client (municipality) and other stakeholders.
• Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings, perspectives using (CAD) applications.
• Landscape design/ Interior design tasks.
• Coordinating the work of contractors and visit sites to check on progress.
• writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts.
• Preparing inforgrafics and presentations for Projects Agency.
Responsibilities:
• Develop initial ideas and acquiring key information about projects, discussing requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and setting project schedules.
• Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Responsible for cost analysis of projects’ plans and negotiate directly with costumers.
