*Responsible in front of government bodies such as the ( insurance - Labour Office - health insurance.
*Management all administration works to be responsible for organizing and supervising all administrative activities on a daily-basis to ensure smooth running of working.
*Responsible for all government business for companies such as tax card, Industrial Register, commercial register, Business Investment Authority etc…
*Responsible for attend meetings and legal investigations within the judicial bodies.
*Responsible for renewal or cancellation of all service contracts with the several service suppliers and writing this contracts and review.
*Responsible for social and medical insurance for employees (Part of the HR work).
*Prepare financial plans, budgets and forecasts (Part of the HR work).
*Develop and maintain good working relationships with all relevant local government bureaus, agencies and authorities.
*Ensure rules and procedures in place regarding working hours, office closure and communications about security.
*Fully responsible of reviewing the level of service offered by the security company and evaluating their monthly invoices, in addition to evaluating the security officers level of training and how suitable they are to their assigned job.
*Responsible for monitor on-going activities and revise contracts, Record, monitor expenses, raise monthly invoices, Create, control, and monitor all administrative requirements of other
Booking, travels, meeting, arrange hotel for VIP, Stationery, cleaning services, taxi card, telephone, mobile phone water, electricity, logistic support for experts. Settle visa, work permit, residence card, etc…
Other duties as assigned.
