- Training all Compass Egypt staff on Food Safety Standards and how to work safely.
- Ensure that the safe working methods are adopted by all the staffs.
- Report all CCP's and Major Findings either related to OPS or Client to QHSE Manager for rapid and proper corrective action.
- Provide risk solutions and advise unit manager in how to avoid the risk and prevent occurrence of incidents and accidents through Risk Assessment report.
- Carry a Risk assessment report and analysis when needed by identifying risks to the company for sites.
- Carry out Internal Audits at Compass Egypt Multiple Sites to ensure the compliance of external site
- Food Safety Management System with Compass Egypt Central Food Safety Management System According to Food Safety Standards, HACCP, International and local regulatory and statutory Requirements & Compass Group Food Safety Management System Requirements

- Ante Mortem Inspection of Livestock Animals to exclude sick animals.
- Monitoring & Maintain high standards of cleaning and sanitation inside the abattoir.
- Post Mortem inspection and checking the bleeding status of the carcass.
