- Network Planning, developing, and monitoring of service providers and parts dealer.
- Oversee Dealer Standards assessments of dealer’s network and implement quality projects aiming improving performance.
- Assist with aftersales related market research and recommend improvement measures with target of continuously enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Administer and manage all aspects of escalated customers and dealer complaints
KAYAN Egypt (ŠKODA Importer in Egypt) As National Product Support & Technical Training Manager for ŠKODA Brand.
-Assessment of the dealers levels of standard fulfillment regarding service equipment and operations.
-Execution of market audits for Dealers Network.
-Monitoring of Importer KPIs and taking necessary actions to adjust deficiencies.
-Monitoring of Dealers KPIs , reporting issues and revision of action plans offered for adjusting deficiencies. Field Monitoring for Vehicles Faults and reporting to the manufacturer (PCC administration).
-Technical support for ŠKODA dealers network regarding vehicles complicated faults.
-Market Expert in Accident analysis and manufacturer reporting.
-Execution of technical training sessions for service employees in the dealers network.
- Administration of ŠKODA Online Training Portal for the whole market.
Work skills:
During my work within my current position I was a part of the team creating a new Importer for ŠKODA brand so I gained huge knowledge and experience in all fields and sections that forms an importer office. Then a second project we started on 9/2018 was building a new dealer and creating from scratch management systems , IT infrastructure, reporting systems , work flow documents design , performance assessment systems for all employees at all levels , personnel selection criteria and selection process , equipment and tooling selection , Parts orders based on consumption rates and market analysis
