My role is a project leader with ten resources, and I am fully responsible for their daily tasks

• Job title: Integration engineer, Vodafone account
• Job description:
o Installing and integrating new MGWs and MSCSs on the network with customer site acceptance.
o Verification of end-to-end functionality between identified nodes and end-user terminals from other vendors
o Handling Vodafone’s first IP Multimedia Sub system (IMS) in Egypt. Responsible for CSCF and MWGs.

o Customer Service Request (CSR) handling
o Processes and tools for both problem solving and prevention
o Clearing network emergencies
o Regular software updates
o Also available to provide advice or feedback on specific or general issues

o Responsibilities mainly included: Handling NGN project which was a part of the LTE technology project in STC account as well as Installing and configurating new Media Gateways (MGWs) on network with customer’s site acceptance.
o Communicating efficiently and smoothly with customer on daily basis. Addressed arising issues and immediate problem solving to secure project success
o Excellent customer feedback, especially on communications skills, responsiveness, fast actions as well as well knowledge and experience in own area.

Played two roles in this project; a project leader and a team player, in Africa’s biggest costumer project, network separation between north and south of Sudan, for Zain account.
