- Conduct testing, screening and preliminary interviewing of potential - employees.
- making ads and receiving its design from online marketing team to - -- publish the posts throughout recruitment channels to attract good calibers
- Searching for the proper candidates among many sources using old database, new data, head hunting, networking and recommendation
- Interact with union officials, department heads, and other managers and staff to
- coordinate the recruitment and hiring of new employees
- Writing job descriptions for open positions within the company
- Responsible for extending an offer to the accepted candidates
- Negotiating salaries and preparing Offer letter
- Arranging interviews with Clients
- Arranging documents for visa between Client and candidate
- Serve as a link between Client and candidate by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems

Personnel/Payroll :
1- Handling all employees hiring and making sure that all the

2- Preparing the monthly payroll for all the company including the Attendance.

5- Manage and preparing all reports related to salaries and payroll variables (Absents, Penalties Overtime, Bonus and Salary Increase
6- Make job offers for new employees, contracts and contracts’ renewal

Recruitment:
1- Build a database of resumes that support recruitment process.
2- Handle attracting the potential candidate throughout different internal or external sources.
3- Handle screening process & selection of right person through conducting the phone interviews.
4- Interview and evaluate the selected candidates till the managerial level.
5- Follow up with hiring process and job requisitions from all departments.
