• Ensures the application of the Contract, Claims, and Insurance Management Manual.
• Prepares a Contract Summary and ensures it is widely communicated and regularly updated.
• Implements the Contract/Claim Management Strategy Plan.
• Ensures the elaboration of the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) by the Project Team members.
• Monitors the Works toward contract obligations, including the monitoring of the project schedule to achieve contractual milestones.

• Value and review the assessment of cost impact of variation/change orders: Assess the financial impact of changes and provide recommendations to the employer.
• Maintain records for reviews and correspondence on contractual requirements: Keep detailed records of all reviews and correspondence related to contractual obligations.

• Perform a technical evaluation of substations design and contractual matters of projects in the West region, Assess and analyze the technical aspects of substation designs and review contractual matters related to projects in the West region.
• Conduct design reviews and make recommendations for approval of all submittals, Evaluate and scrutinize all submissions from contractors pertaining to Civil/Architectural Engineering work for projects, providing recommendations for approval.
• Prepare project sub-contracts, Draft and finalize sub-contracts for the project.
• Follow and control project claims and variations, Track and manage claims and variations related to the project.

• Coordinate with other Civil, Electro-Mech. Dwg. & Site: Collaborate with civil, electro-mechanical, and site teams to ensure alignment and coordination of drawings and activities.
• Prepare all necessary documents: Generate and assemble all required documentation, such as reports, inspections, request for information (RFI), letters, and other relevant paperwork.
