• Manage product portfolio ensuring to be up to date with market demand. Manage sales channels ensuring sales strategy of the organization are met. Establish strong peer to peer customer relations.

Organize financial prepositions for new purchasing and integrate them in the proposals.

Assist sales from a technical prospective and study the customer requirements and expectations.
• Seek and cooperate with solution providers and advice the customer with the solution as per their need.
Arrange visiting a similar site (locally or worldwide) with the customer technical team to evaluate the solution.

• Responsible to handle service issues within the organization.
• Ensuring a smooth installation Process.
• Handling the equipment in the warranty period, analysis faults and inform the manufacturer about the causes.
• Engage with the customers until service contract are singed.
• Remotely assist customers with tele presence services to ensure minimal downtime.
• Direct errors to the right person within the service department.
Organizing the schedule for the service team while ensuring they are kept motivated to deliver a good customer expectation.

• Responsible for the Supply chain for consumables to make sure they are in stock at the right time to serve the entire Egyptian Market.
