I began as real estate sales representative then sales manager till become business development manager
In this periods I learned many things in real estate sales field
First my task was achieving sales target after little period become responsible for learn my stuff and help them to achieve the company target
When become business development manager I become responsible for company deals with the partners and main objective to make high net profit and look for the clients need from the projects we bring
First my role was sales, collect money and look for new clients
When I become senior and supervisor my roles stretched I become responsible for sales team their target and their performance
Make contracts for big clients
Make penetration for our area
Follow achieving yearly target with my team (3 month)
Separate the target according to members ability and the area accepted
Achieve sales target
Collection
Make individual sales contracts
Make some marketing for our products
