and on project teams.
- Draft the quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Devise sampling procedures and directions for
recording and reporting quality data.
- Review the implementation and the efficiency of the
quality and inspection systems.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance
issues.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the
quality system.
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and
preventive actions.
- Prepare reports to communicate the outcomes of the
quality activities
- Assure ongoing compliance with the quality and industry
regulatory requirements.
- Implementing Accreditation for various awarding bodies
e.g. assessing and internal verification system for the
accreditation system such as:
1. Pearson BTEC Higher National Diploma (HND) Level 4
&5.
2. Pearson BTEC Level 7 Extended Diploma -
postgraduate studies.
3. Pearson Assured for the tailored programmes.
4.Pearson BTEC vocational training NVQ.
- Implementing examinations for various accreditation
systems such as:
1. Pearson - LCCI (London Chamber of Commerce and
Industry) Examinations.
2. APTIS English Test provided by the British Council.
