 Conducting External Quality Audits on RasGas main Contractors and Sub-contractors; as Lead Auditor
 Conducting Procurement Surveillance Assessments to gauge the procurement process efficiency, adequacy and compliance with RasGas Contractual Quality requirements.
 Coordinates the Source Inspections and expediting activities for Critical/Long lead materials procured by RasGas or Contractors wherein more than 500 inspection assignments were coordinated from 2009 till date
 Coordination related to Quality Control activities for projects execution leading a team of inspectors in all disciplines (Civil, Piping, Welding, Electrical and Instrumentation)
 Review and approval of all QA/QC related procedures and documents (P.Q.P., P.E.P., ITP, Criticality rating document and work procedures).
 Establishing procedures and Project Quality Plans in line with the overall Quality Management System
 Identifying and maintaining the PED Quality Key Performance Indicators
 Monitor and evaluate the quality performance of contractors/ applicable third party organisations and communicate project quality matrices and statistics effectively with the project team
 Coordination activities relevant to the Punch list issuance for all disciplines and follow up the status for PL close-out
 Monitor, maintain and manage the processes related to Non-conformances, CARs & PARs Participate in all MAC, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities related to PED projects
 Identify, record and oversee quality related lessons learned, and, propose suitable corrective actions to improve work processes and prevent further undesirable conditions/ situations

 Coordination related to Quality Control activities for projects execution leading a team of inspectors in all disciplines (Civil, Piping, Welding, Electrical and Instrumentation)
 Responsible for the technical functions, inspection and acceptance of completed work for Train 1&2 and LNG Storage Tanks
 Scheduling, Inspecting, and Monitoring pile driving operations; Issuing pile location data Receiving and Distributing pile driving logs for more than 700 concrete piles to carry 280, 000 c3 LNG tanks. Performing all concrete and loading tests required on these piles
