Assure on daily basis of the availability Inventory.
Handle all sales to be held on our System, decide with our team which units can be sold and which not Follow up collecting of clients' down-payments and Instalments.
Prepare Monthly and YTD sales reports, prepare reports shows the performance of each salesperson (KPIs) and the whole company production, Prepare Daily reports of sales.
Prepare analysis reports for each project on Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly basis.
Handle and cooperate with the other departments as Finance, CRM, & Legal,

At the General Expenses Department
Get the analytical reports for the clients for their ads campaign.
As Member of Pricing Team: find available rates in the convention hotels or the nearby ones with lowest rates
As Locator: Locate the shows and find the available rates in the convention hotels or the nearby ones
As Member of Leads Team: Insure to get the right leads and here info including phone no., time zone, location for the right show
Opening customers' accounts.
Receiving all customers' requests.
Follow up all customers' complaints till be solved.
As Customer Service Representative: (Last position)
Opening customers' accounts, receiving all customers' requests, process these requests such as cheque book, time deposit, certificates.
As Teller:
Handle all cash transactions, changing foreign currencies.
As Back office:
Handle daily & monthly reports, all customers' transactions, clearing, foreign transfers, swift, collecting cheques with foreign currencies.
