- Responsible for studying and pricing of new projects.
- Responsible for studying and Pricing of new projects and review of designs and shop drawings.
- Managing the job progress for supply and installation of HVAC Equipment, plumping & Fire Fighting Systems. -
- To maintain all project Schedules by having weekly meetings with site supervisors and taking account of the stock shortfall on site with close working with various vendors. -
- Execute the daily/weekly target & supervise the contractors for the achievement of targets and smooth working.
- Managing all kinds of work and putting up manpower requirements with detailed justifications.
- Ensure that execution of the Project leads to ultimate client satisfaction.
- Follow SAFETY Procedures, Rules, and Regulations and implement them strictly.
- Overseeing the preparation of shop drawings, and material submittals for consultant review and approvals.
- Review changes on-site and Review as-built drawings/submissions.
- Leading, directing & monitoring the performance of all site engineers & support staff in the team.
- Ensure the Project Manager is kept fully informed on work progress anticipated changes in schedules/cost & all and all expected.
Design and supervision of HVAC, plumbing, Fire protection, Medical gas, and Elevators.
Major projects like, ( Frsan College, Abu aresh College, Samta College, Arda College,
Aldarb College, student mosque, Student restaurant and gem and mechanical layout
including chiller planet, underground water tank septic tank fire tank irrigation tank
and pump room
All about )HVAC, plumping, Fire Fighting, Medical gas(.
- Responsible for studying and pricing of new projects.
- Following up on projects and reviewing time schedules.
- Reviewing inventory of quantities and purchase order..
- Reviewing designs, load calculation, and shop drawing.
- Reviewing monthly payments and percentages of completion in projects.
- Attending meetings and discussing projects with the consultant and owners.

Maintenance of all mechanical work such as (HVAC, FIRE FIGHTING
, PLUMPING AND RO. WATER TREATMENT ) which were

- Supervising the design of mechanical works such as (air conditioning -
firefighting-sanitary works).
- Preparing schedules of quantities and specifications of mechanical
works and their conformity with international codes.
- Review prices, analyze prices with contractors, and link to the lowest
prices.
- Review of the shop drawings for mechanical works such as (air
conditioning-firefighting-sanitary works).
- Supervising the implementation of mechanical work such as
(air conditioning, firefighting, and sanitary works) at the site and
conforming to the drawings and specifications.
- Review the inventory of the quantities and payments of the
contractors.
- Review the mechanical time schedule and its compatibility with the
work related to it and the duration of the project.
- Supervising the receipt of the mechanical works, verifying the quality
of the work, and writing the necessary notes to execute the works as
required.

Calculate and check Heat Load Calculation for the projects.

regulations.

- Maintained and updated all documents related to fire protection codes
and policies.

fitting such as pipes, pumps, chillers, FAHU, FCU, insulation…and
etc.
- Tested all electro mechanic equipment at the facility area.

management system(B.M.S.)

- Planned maintenance with Scheduled maintenance for (corrective
maintenance, emergency maintenance, breakdown maintenance,
predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, and routine
maintenance).
- Planned and supported for maintenance of all types of air conditioners
system (chiller, pumps, packaged unit, air handling unit, ducted split
unit and split unit ) for mechanical work like (compressor overhaul,
compressor change, coil replacement) and all electrical work like
(control work, power supply) and support technicians to solve any
complain.
